ABOUT THE BOOK "My Record for Better Health" is designed to help you attain a healthy lifestyle.

     

A GUIDE FOR USING THE BOOK:

 

CONTENTS:

  • Read the information sheets first. This will help you to set some goals.
  • Fill out your goals sheet: Do you want to lose inches in your waist? Do you want to gain or loose weight? Do you want to gain more strength? Do you want to reduce pain in your back? Do you want to eat more healthy?
  • Begin filling out the charts. There are 6 weeks to complete. You can set a schedule for exercising three or four days a week instead of seven if this meets your needs better. You do need to record your food intake daily.
  • At least once each week, look at your recordings. Are you eating a balanced diet? Is your blood pressure improving? Are you staying on schedule for medications? Can you increase your activities? Make changes as necessary.
  • As soon as you meet a target for a goal, mark it on your goals sheet.
  • Put the book in a place where you can see it everyday to serve as a reminder.
  • You can order extra charts separately if you need to.
